Pastor Keith and Kara truly believe there’s hope for everyone! They married in 2003, moved to Bend in 2005, and together started Journey Church in Bend in 2010. Keith and Kara have 3 creative, talented and incredible kids: Makenna (19), Colton (18) and Eliana (15). Keith enjoys getting into God’s Word, running, and dreaming so big it depends on God. Kara enjoys real estate, a great sunset and increasing her faith through the study of the Bible. Pastor Keith and Kara consider it a great honor to lead Journey Church, and have made it their life mission to lead people on a journey of transformation in Jesus!

Keith has surfed the west coast with porpoise, walked the streets of Disneyland and run the trails of Central Oregon. When he’s not on an adventure around the world, he’s in a book or at a candy store. He’s madly in love with his wife and is humbled to be the dad of the 3 most amazing kids in the world. Keith also serves as an elder at Journey Church.

Kara loves Jesus and her family! She is passionate about the local church and is always looking for ways to make things better—whether it's improving processes, helping others, or dreaming towards the future. Kara is honored to serve in this role! She loves spending time with her family, and enjoys all things real estate.

Leanne believes in the life-changing power of studying the Bible. She loves to laugh and enjoys a quiet morning. You can find her in a deep conversation, woodworking in her shop, relaxing near a tropical beach or secluded by a lake. She is married to Dave and has two married adult daughters, Whitney and Amanda.

Brandon is the proud husband of Holly Mae and dad to 4 incredible kiddos. He is a dove nominated songwriter (RICHLIN) and worship leader who has a burning heart to see the church encounter God's manifest presence. Brandon has a strong affinity for coffee, fitness and the Buffalo Bills.

Chelsey has traveled the western states in RV style with her husband Tim and their 2 awesome kids- Peyton and Abel. Sharing the love of Jesus with kids is her jam and fun is her middle name. Give this girl a high five and you’ll make her day.

Noah is blessed to have an amazing wife, Hannah, and an adorable son, Ezra, and the newest addition to their family, baby Ella. He has lived in Bend since 2000. He has a deep passion for skiing and playing bass guitar. But, his biggest and most important
passion is Jesus.

Alex is the Lead Pastor of The City Church in Luzira, Uganda, Journey's sister church. When in the United States his is one of our Teaching Pastors. When he is not praying or leading people to Jesus, Pastor Alex is spending time with his wife, Faith, and 5 kids!

YOUTH PASTOR
Ryan loves Jesus, his family and serving in youth ministry. He is a lifelong learner with a passion to see students become disciples of Jesus and to see families equipped to become disciple makers. Ryan is married to his best friend Alison and has 3 amazing kids, Elias, Bennett and Gideon.
