And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Hebrews 10:24-25

Our vision for women’s ministry is to encourage and support women as they live out the elements of Journey’s mission statement: faith, hope and love.  We will accomplish this by creating opportunities for Bible study, fellowship, service, worship and prayer.

Our FAITH will be strengthened as we link arms with fellow believers who are on this same journey of walking with Jesus.  Real community can be found as we gather to study the Bible, to pray, to worship and to serve those around us.
As we become more grounded in Him, God’s comforting presence when the storms of life come will be all the HOPE we need.  God’s nearness in our storms brings purpose to our pain, and we are then able to comfort others in their own storms, pointing them to our source of HOPE.
The more we learn to abide in God’s great LOVE for us, the more it will overflow in our lives and touch those around us.  The end result is a deeper LOVE for God and a deeper LOVE for one another.
We simply cannot thrive as Christians if we are trying to do it on our own.  Hebrews 10 reminds us that we need each other!  We want you to know that not only are you welcome, you are WANTED here.  You have something special to contribute to what God is doing in the women’s ministry here at Journey, so please come be a part of it.

Gathering online on Tuesday and Thursdays

Begins March 26, 2020
Journey ladies! We miss you and would love to spend some time together. Put on your comfiest sweats, grab a cup of coffee, and join us for a time of connection and encouragement.

For women who have been impacted by their spouse's sexual sin, Journey is offering Betrayal and Beyond, which is a Pure Desire small group. Betrayal and Beyond helps reveal the true nature of sexual addiction. The goal of this group is to help women find healing through understanding the role of trauma, establishing healthy boundaries, exploring the depth of forgiveness, and learning to live in restoration. While the pain of betrayal is a deep wound, we truly believe there is hope and healing. Our next Betrayal and Beyond group begins January 6th and meets on Monday nights from 6:30 to 8:30.

If you are interested in joining this group or learning more about Pure Desire's ministry, please contact Ramona Gescher at 541.848.8159, or You can expect a response within 24-48 hours.
