We are better together!

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. - Hebrews 10:24-25
Our vision for women's ministry is to encourage and support women as they live out the elements of Journey's three pillars: FAITH, HOPE and LOVE. We will accomplish this by creating opportunities for Bible study, fellowship, service, worship and prayer.

JOURNEY WOMEN

FAITH
Our FAITH will be strengthened as we link arms with fellow believers who are on this same journey of walking with Jesus.  Real community can be found as we gather to study the Bible, to pray, to worship and to serve those around us.  
HOPE
As we become more grounded in Him, God’s comforting presence when the storms of life come will be all the HOPE we need.  God’s nearness in our storms brings purpose to our pain, and we are then able to comfort others in their own storms, pointing them to our source of HOPE.  
LOVE
The more we learn to abide in God’s great LOVE for us, the more it will overflow in our lives and touch those around us.  The end result is a deeper LOVE for God and a deeper LOVE for one another.  
We simply cannot thrive as Christians if we are trying to do it on our own.  Hebrews 10 reminds us that we need each other!  We want you to know that not only are you welcome, you are WANTED here.  You have something special to contribute to what God is doing in the women’s ministry here at Journey, so please come be a part of it.
