THE JOURNEY STORY
Are you curious about what God has for your life? The Journey Church Internship Program is your chance to be part of something bigger. The purpose of this Internship Program is focused on developing the call God has put on your life. Our goal is to then help deploy you towards the path God may be leading you. Through this process you will grow as a leader, a person, and as a follower of Christ. This program will provide ministry training and experience as well as leadership and spiritual development. Whether you love graphic design, leading small groups, mentoring the next generation, this internship will equip you to serve God and others like never before.
MINISTRY AREAS
WITHIN THE INTERNSHIP
Creative Ministry
Creative Internships are collaborative positions that work with the Creative Teams (Graphic Design, Videography, Photography and Social Media) to produce various assets for the church. Our Creative interns support all ministry areas, weekend services, special events (i.e. Pursuit Nights, baptisms, conferences, etc).
They will use graphic design, videography, photography and social media to help communicate all God is doing while maintaining the Journey brand and culture.A Creative intern must learn one or all of the software listed: Photoshop, Figma, Lightroom, Capcut, Canva, Premiere and Divincci. Design interns will assist on photo shoots, video production, mapping out Social Media and more. A creative internship gives experience in creative areas as well as experience working on a team.
Excelling as a Creative intern is about the willingness to serve others and will require flexibility. Project requests, deadlines and filming schedules fluctuate often- blessed are the flexible for they shall bend and not break! This internship provides many opportunities to learn and grow in all aspects of the Creative field!
