When do Rooted groups meet?
The next session of ROOTED will begin Fall 2025 on Tuesday nights at Journey Church! Starting Tuesday, September 16 - November 18, 2025
How do I register and what does it cost?
Each participant needs to register. The cost is $50 per person, which includes the Rooted workbook, supporting materials, and an incredible Rooted celebration dinner event at the end of the 10 weeks.
What if I can’t afford to do Rooted?
We do not ever want the cost of doing Rooted to be a barrier for anyone. Partial scholarships and payment plans are available. Contact Pastor Leanne for additional information.
Where will Rooted groups meet?
Groups meet at Journey Church (61303 S HWY 97, Suite #120, Bend, OR 97702)
Will childcare be provided?
Yes, Rooted Kids Ministry will be available at Journey Church for infants through 5th grade. The cost is only $5 per child/week (max $10/week per household) of group sessions and includes a FUN Rooted Kids Celebration the last week of Rooted at Journey Church.
When do I get my workbook?
All participants will receive their workbook at check-in on launch night, unless otherwise noted.
Can I share a workbook with someone?
Rooted is a very personal and powerful journey and having your own workbook will be essential. A big part of this experience is individual reflection.
Will there be homework?
There are 5 short daily reflections each week. Plan to spend about 20-30 minutes, 5 days each week writing and reflecting.
Can I be in a group with a friend or someone I have invited to be in Rooted?
Yes, we do our very best to honor all requests. There is a place on the registration form to give this information. Be sure that your friend also registers for Rooted.
What is the attendance requirement?
It is important that you can commit to attending at least 8 of the 10 Rooted sessions with your group. There will also be one serving experience that you will schedule and plan with your Rooted group at a separate time during the 10 weeks.
What if I miss more than two of the group sessions?
Missing more than two sessions will greatly affect your Rooted experience as well as the others in your group. If you miss more than two, we will gladly hold your reservation for a future Rooted session that will fit your schedule better.
How many people will be in a group?
Most Rooted groups range in size from 6-16 people.
What if I can’t commit to this session of Rooted?
The Rooted Experience is offered at Journey Church on a regular basis. Contact Pastor Leanne for more information.
Who will be leading the Rooted groups?
Rooted groups are led by people who have already completed the Rooted Experience.
