JOB TITLE: Associate Pastor of Journey Groups and Discipleship Full Time + Benefits

DEPARTMENT: Ministries MANAGER/SUPERVISOR: Executive Pastor of Ministries
JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Pastor of Journey Groups and Discipleship will provide development, shepherding, and oversight of all Journey Groups, ROOTED and Freedom Groups and their respective leaders. This Pastor will also work directly with the Lead Pastor to implement the vision for discipleship pathways. In addition, this Pastor will be on the Pastoral Team, assisting in providing overall pastoral leadership, including but not limited to: General day-to-day shepherding and responsibilities, memorial services and weddings as needed.
